On June 17, 2022, the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), and the Foundation for Advocacy inclusion & Resources (FAIR), plan on presenting their annual Diversity Leadership Summit virtually through zoom followed by a live meet and greet in both Northern and Southern California. This year our speakers and panel will be presenting on the following topic: Meaning, Money, and Balance; Finding purpose in Employment Litigation and making contributions through our work. We will have our speakers discuss how attorneys who identify as Black, Indigenous, Pacific Islander, and/or of color, have navigated the legal professions, work life balance, and how each has found purpose in their professional work from litigation/trials through, being on the bench and/or ADR work.

The Summit will qualify for 1.50 hours MCLE credit.
