A panel discussion on cryptocurrency regulation and compliance

Yet the regulation and legal framework in the fields are far behind the markets, and the recent volatility in cryptocurrency further magnfies its mystery. How is cryptocurrency regulated, cross-borders? What are the main legal issues and the best practices surrounding cryptocurrency?

The Chinese American Lawyers of the Bay Area (CALOBA) proudly hosts a Zoom panel discussion to demystify cryptocurrency. We have invited a group of seasoned lawyers in cryptocurrency to offer their insight. A Q & A session will follow the panel discussion. Please come and join us online!
