Does your Company encounter people problems and you need help managing them?

Do you ever wonder if you should initiate any legal action against your employer?

Do you know what employment attorneys look for when they decide whether to take on a case?

The seminar will assist companies with spotting basic employment issues in the ever-changing employment litigation climate.  It also will provide a rare glimpse of a plaintiffs’ attorney’s perspective on how to advocate on behalf of employees using different legal tools including litigation.

This open forum presents views on current employment litigation trends, from both the employer's and the employee's perspective.  Whether you are an HR professional or in-house counsel needing updates on employment issues, or an employee who needs more information on whether you have viable claims against your employer and what plaintiffs’ attorneys look for when considering taking your case, this forum will provide you valuable information on current litigation trends from both sides' perspective.

Likely topics include:

- Recent  employment litigation trends

- Likely litigation trends in the future

- What attorneys look for during a case intake when representing companies

- What attorneys look for during a case intake when representing employees

- Procedures and considerations in handling employment disputes and claims

- Q and A with the audience

This presentation will be conducted in Chinese.  However, both speakers can field questions in English if needed.
