Does your Company encounter people problems and you need help managing them?
Do you ever wonder if you should initiate any legal action against your employer?
Do you know what employment attorneys look for when they decide whether to take on a case?

Whether you are an HR professional or in-house counsel needing updates on employment issues, or an employee who needs more information on whether you have viable claims against your employer and what plaintiffs’ attorneys look for when considering taking your case, this forum will provide you valuable information on current litigation trends from both sides' perspective.

- Recent employment litigation trends
- Likely litigation trends in the future
- What attorneys look for during a case intake when representing companies
