This lunch and learn session is designed to equip legal practitioners with a foundational understanding of business insurance, ensuring participants are well-prepared to leverage insurance solutions for mitigating diverse risks in their professional and personal lives and navigating the complexities of insurance-related legal challenges.
Parker will set the stage by introducing insurance hurdles frequently encountered by legal practitioners and business entities. Following this, Nan will address these challenges with an in-depth introduction to US business insurance fundamentals along with common pitfalls and mistakes. Topics include:
