Corporate Associate – Silicon Valley Office

The Silicon Valley office of Jones Day has an immediate need for a corporate associate with 3-4 years of experience with a large or sophisticated mid-size law firm. The candidate should have a focus on securities offerings, as well as ’34 Act work. Experience with public and private company M&A work or venture capital financings, especially technology and life science companies, is preferred. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is also preferred. Ability to work with other team members and clients, and take ownership of projects, is essential. We are a global law firm committed to excellence in client service.
